BladeS trailers

We use Goldhofer BladeS trailers for wind turbine blade transport, offering precise handling and adaptability. These trailers feature a hydraulically adjustable free-turning device that mounts the blade's root frame, allowing for smooth navigation of tight spaces. The turntable system, compatible with Vestas and other common tip racks, provides optimal maneuverability. With a capacity of 25 tons, a hydraulic stroke of up to 2,710 mm, and high ground clearance, obstacles on routes are easily negotiated. The low overall weight reduces fuel consumption, making this an efficient and cost-effective solution for blades over 70 meters.

Designed for the efficient transport of large wind turbine tower segments. With a maximum payload capacity of 2x60 tons and adjustable flanges to accommodate tower diameters up to 6,780mm, this adapter provides flexibility for various turbine sizes. It can be directly coupled with THP modular trailers or used with a free-turning device, ensuring stability and ease in maneuvering. Its high swing clearance radius (up to 6,500mm) allows for smooth navigation through tight spaces. These features, combined with reduced overall weight and fuel consumption, help optimize transport costs and operational efficiency for wind energy projects.

The THP/SL-L modules are specifically designed for the road transport of exceptionally heavy loads, offering an optimal solution for transporting large and high cargo. With a low dead weight of 13.85 tons for the 4-axle configuration and a vehicle width of 3,000 mm, these modules provide enhanced stability and maneuverability. The maximum axle load capacity of 45 tons at 1 km/h ensures that they can support substantial weights while maintaining safety and performance. The innovative design features a high bending moment, allowing for effective load distribution. Additionally, the maximum steering angle of ± 55° facilitates precise navigation in tight spaces. These modules can be further customized with a comprehensive modular accessory system and are available in a split version for enhanced flexibility. This combination of features makes the THP/SL-L modules a reliable choice

Engineered for the efficient transport of heavy loads, particularly suited for wind turbine components. It offers a maximum payload capacity of 130 tons and a low loading height of 790 mm, facilitating the transportation of large items like wind turbine blades. Its innovative steering system combines friction and forced steering in the pendular axles, ensuring excellent cornering characteristics while eliminating the need for manual adjustment during extension stages. This design enables precise maneuvering and reverse driving, making it ideal for navigating challenging routes. The inclusion of Goldhofer’s SmartControl enhances user-friendliness by allowing operators to manage multiple functions at the push of a button.
